Our State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facilities

The Seward Screw “campus” includes an 80,000 square-foot manufacturing facility which is the basis of our precision CNC machining operations. We also operate a 20,000-square-foot subcontract facility located directly across the street, which includes Wash, Pack, Warehouse and Shipping directly across the street.

Both buildings are climate-controlled and rigorously maintained.

Versatile Production Solutions From Manufacturing to Delivery

The manufacturing facility includes in-floor chip conveying, overhead cranes and centralized mist collection.
Raw material storage, tool storage, maintenance, machine repair and limited tool manufacturing/modifying/sharpening are also in the manufacturing facility.
The chip collection system includes chip downsizing, centrifugal oil spinning reclamation and optimal compaction for recycling.
The subcontract operation includes two trucks for moving parts between buildings, to and from local subcontractors, as well as finished-part delivery to local customers.
